1. The dc voltage should be consistent
Each inverter has access to dc voltage values, such as 12V, 24V, etc., the inverter (figure 4) requires that the selected battery voltage must be consistent with the inverter dc input voltage. For example, a 12V inverter must choose a 12V battery.
2. the inverter output power must be greater than the use of electrical power, especially for the start of the power of the electrical appliances, such as refrigerator, air conditioning, but also leave some large margin.
3. positive and negative terminals must be connected correctly
The inverter access dc voltage is marked with positive and negative. Red is positive (+), black is negative (-), battery is also marked with positive and negative, red is positive (+), black is negative (-), connection must be positive (red), negative (black). The diameter of the connecting wire must be thick enough and the length of the connecting wire should be minimized.
4.should be placed in a ventilated, dry place, beware of rain, and the surrounding objects have a distance of more than 20cm, away from inflammable and explosive products, do not place or cover other items on the machine, the ambient temperature is not greater than 40℃.
5. Charging and inverter cannot be conducted at the same time. That is, do not plug the charging plug into the inverter output electrical circuit.
6. The interval between two startup times shall be no less than 5 seconds (cut off the input power).
7. Please wipe the machine with a dry cloth or an anti-static cloth to keep it clean.
8. Before connecting the input and output of the machine, please ground the machine's housing correctly.
9. To avoid accidents, users are strictly prohibited to open the case for operation and use.
10. If the machine is suspected to be in trouble, please do not continue to operate and use it. The inverter (FIG. 5) should cut off the input and output in time and be inspected and repaired by qualified maintenance personnel or maintenance units.
11.when connecting the battery, confirm that there is no other metal on the hand, so as to avoid the battery short circuit, burns the human body.
12. Operating environment. Considering safety and performance, the installation environment shall meet the following conditions:
1) dry: do not soak in water or rain;
2) cool: temperature between 0℃ and 40℃;
3) ventilation: there is no foreign body within 5CM of the shell, and the other end faces are well ventilated.
